This policy explains how AK Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through our website and the AK Agency mobile app, including data we receive from advertising platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, business name, phone number and email that clients, models, photographers and sales representatives provide when they sign up.
  • Campaign information: campaign objectives, budgets, targeting choices, videos, images and text that clients submit for their ads.
  • Advertising platform data: through the TikTok API for Business and the Meta Marketing API we access the ad accounts we own or that advertisers authorize us to manage. This includes campaign settings, performance reports and leads submitted through lead-generation (Instant) forms.
  • Lead data: the details a person enters into a client's lead form (for example name, phone number, city and order details).

2. How we use information

  • To create, run, optimise and report on advertising campaigns that clients request.
  • To deliver leads to the client who ran the ad, so they can contact the customer and fulfil the order.
  • To operate the AK Agency app, provide support and keep accounts secure.

We use advertising platform data only to provide our services to the advertiser it belongs to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one client's data or leads for another client.

3. Sharing

We share information only: with the client who owns the campaign or lead; with the advertising platforms needed to run the campaign; with service providers that host our app and data (such as Supabase and Cloudflare) under confidentiality obligations; or when required by law.

4. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as the client account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete it. Lead data is deleted within 90 days after a client closes their account. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorised staff and the owning client.

5. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and advertisers may revoke our access to their ad accounts at any time from the platform's settings. To make a request, email agency@iq-inc.health.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
